The Parc d’environnement Naturel de Sutton is located in the Eastern Townships in Sutton. This is by far one of my favorite parks to adventure to during the winter season. It is absolutely stunning! I highly recommend it.

The Parc régional du Mont-Ham is located in the municipality of Ham-Sud, in the Eastern Townships. This mountain offers incredible 360-degree views from the top! A must-visit park to add to your bucket list this winter!

The Parc régional du Massif-du-Sud is located in the Chaudière-Appalaches region. It’s a 2 hour drive from Québec City and 3.5 hours from Montréal.

I had to add Mont à Liguori to the list! Although it’s not a park, it’s a wonderful trail that you can hike during the winter season. This mountain is located in the Charlevoix region and offers breathtaking views of the St-Lawrence River.
Furthermore, this hike belongs to the Sentier-des-caps and the Massif de Charlevoix.

3. RÉSERVE FAUNIQUE DES CHIC-CHOCS

The Réserve Faunique des Chic-Chocs (Chic-Chocs Wildlife Reserve) offers 4 snowshoeing trails during the winter season, with one of them being the Vallières-de-Saint-Réal. This 16km hike is unlike any other if you’re looking for a challenge this winter.
Please note that there is no service in this park so it’s very important to be prepared before arriving.
