Les Chalets Etienne & Cathy are located in Amherst, just 20 minutes away from Mont-Tremblant where you’ll find many must-visit attractions!
We stayed at Les Chalets Etienne & Cathy for 2 nights at The Blue Lodge 2, one of their many beautiful chalets. The Blue Lodge 2 offers a roof top terrace, 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, accommodates 4 guests, the wifi included, a fully equipped kitchen, an electric car station, washer and dryer as well as an outdoor fire pit and is nestled in the middle of nature!

2-DAY ITINERARY MONT-TREMBLANT
DAY 1: FROM MONTREAL TO THE LAURENTIDES
Grab some coffee and breakfast on the road and add “Sentier des cimes Laurentides” into your GPS!
Day 1 – Location 1: Sentier des cimes Laurentides.
The Sentier des cimes is a walk in the forest to the top of the trees! You’ll find guided tours, a restaurant, a terrace, family activities and many more. Head up the tower and admire the views! You might even be tempted to sit on the net located at the complete top.

We stayed here for a few hours and enjoyed a delicious lunch at the restaurant located in the parking lot.

Day 1 – Location 2: After lunch, drive to the Mont-Tremblant National Park.
This beautiful park offers a range of outdoor activities such as kayaking, canoeing and hiking. You can easily spend the entire day here! We decided to go for a short and easy hike to admire The Chute du Diable waterfall.
The Chute du Diable is located in the Diable sector of the Mont-Tremblant National Park.

Day 1 – Location 3: After the hike, we headed towards one of many grocery stores located in Tremblant.
We purchased food and beverages for our supper that night and for tomorrow’s breakfast.
- Supper idea: we enjoyed Tortellini rose, baguette bread, a variety of charcuterie and cheeses as well as a nice bottle of wine at the chalet.
- Breakfast idea: delicious pancakes made at the chalet with added berries and maple syrup.
- Other: water bottles, coffee and healthy snacks.
4PM: We checked into The Blue Lodge 2 by Les Chalets Etienne & Cathy.
Spend the night relaxing and playing board games at the chalet.

DAY 2: WAKE UP AT THE BLUE LODGE 2 CHALET
Cook and enjoy a delicious breakfast at the chalet!
Day 2 – Location 1: Head to the Club House at Kanata Tremblant located at the entrance of the chalet’s property and rent a kayak or paddle-board.
*The kayak and paddle-board rentals are included with your stay*
You’ll have access to two different lakes that you can choose from. The lakes are a short walk from the entrance/Club House.


Day 2 – Location 2: After kayaking/paddle-boarding, drive 5 minutes to The Tour à Feu in the Saint-Rémi sector for a nature hike.
This Tour was used to watch over the forests incase of a forest fires. Today, it is forbidden to climb the tour.

- Duration: 2KM
- The entrance is free
- There’s free parking available at the trailhead
- Dogs are permitted on the trail
Day 2 – Location 3: After hiking, drive to Mont-Tremblant and enjoy a delicious lunch on a terrace at Au Coin Pub Gastronomique.
We ordered a much deserved fish and chips and a glass of sangria on a hot summer day!

Day 2 – Location 4: After lunch, head to the Mont-Tremblant Village.
There is so much to do at the Mont-Tremblant Village. There are restaurants, cafes, shops, hiking, music shows, and many different activities for every age! It’s an absolute must-visit if you’ve never been.


Day 2 – Location 5: After visiting the village, head back to the chalet Blue Lodge 2 for supper and a nice outdoor fire.
Spend the night relaxing and check-out the next morning!
